I received a detailed estimate and a list of suggested materials for renovating my bathroom. Elvira was super easy to work with in terms of subbing slightly different styles of fixtures into the materials list according to my tastes and for scheduling the start of the project. Mark did a wonderful job on the actual demolition and installation of the new shower, sink/vanity, toilet, cabinets, lights, exhaust fan, floor covering, baseboards, towel racks, caulking everything, and then painting the ceiling and walls. The work was done on time and on budget. I am really pleased with the results and I will definitely be reaching out to them again for another renovation project I have in mind next year.

Being new to the experience of working with a designer, I didn't know what to expect. However, after my initial meeting with Elvira, I immediately knew that I wanted to collaborate with her.

She took a picture of the bedroom bathroom I desired and brought it to life. The installation of the vanity and cabinet by Ivan and his team impressed me greatly due to their attention to detail and expertise. The outcome of my bathroom remodel exceeded my expectations, especially with the addition of Kohler accessories that tied everything together.

Although I encountered a few issues such as nicks on the vanity and loose shelves in a small cabinet, Ivan promptly addressed and resolved them. His exceptional service made everything perfect.

Beautiful Shower Remodel

We couldn’t be happier with our shower remodel by I&E Tile Services! Ivan and his entire team were a pleasure to work, from the initial consultation through project completion. We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and promptly addressed our questions and concerns. After the job began, there were some challenges, including a water leak in the shower. All of our concerns were addressed.

After purchasing the wall tiles for the shower, it was apparent we had selected the wrong color and poor quality tile for the shower walls. Ivan offered to return the tile back to the store for us and then picked up the new purchase and delivered it to our home. This extra effort was not part of the original works scope and he saved us the inconvenience of driving back and forth an hour from our home. His team also offered their help with selecting the perfect floor tile for the bathroom floor, work we added after the shower project had been proposed.

I would definitely hire I & E again for their work quality and work ethic!
